• Contact data: name, email, WhatsApp number and optionally your business name.
• Project data: information you provide about your business, products or services to build the site.
• Billing data: the data needed to issue monthly receipts (card data is processed by the payment gateway, never stored by us).
• Technical data: IP address and basic browsing data when you visit fralyck.com or the site we develop for you.

3. How we use it

• Reply to inquiries and prepare quotes.
• Design, develop, host and maintain the contracted site.
• Invoice the monthly fee and manage payments.
• Notify you about relevant technical changes or service updates.

We never use your data for third-party marketing nor do we sell it.

4. Who we share it with

Only with providers strictly necessary to operate the service, under confidentiality agreements:

• Hosting provider (where sites and databases live).
• Payment gateways (Stripe and similar).
• Domain registrar when registering your domain in your name.
• Authorities when legally required.

5. Retention

• Project data and site files: while the service is active and up to 6 months after cancellation.
• Billing data: as required by applicable tax law.
• Correspondence (email, WhatsApp): up to 2 years since the last interaction.

At any time you may exercise the following rights over your personal data:

• Access: know what data we hold about you.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure: request deletion (except where retention is legally required).
